Welcome!

Hello! I am Oxi, a 27-year-old architecture student
and freelance digital artist from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Thank you for stopping by!
My main interests are Elden Ring (or soulsborne in general), Final Fantasy XIV and Dragon Age; but apart from that I essentially orbit around anything with dark fantasy themes. In my art, I tend to paint by blocking in shapes and blending colors, trying to work with little-to-no lineart. You can check my commission rates and some examples of my work by scrolling down below!

Terms of Service

By commissioning the artist (me), the client (you) agrees to all of the following terms:

I. On the Terms of Service and the Artist's Reservations

I will not accept commissions with violent, suggestive or sexual content involving figures that are —or appear to be— underage. I reserve the right to decline a commission, cancel a commission and refund the money for a commission at any time for any reason, disclosed or otherwise. I reserve the right to change any terms and prices published, but I will respect any prices and terms that have been agreed upon after the payment for the commission is received.

II. On the Commission Request and its Description

Please remember to be as specific as possible with your commission request, and provide as many references as you find necessary to get your idea across and your characters well represented. If only text description is provided and there are no visual references, the commission will be subject to a small design fee, equal to 5% of the original price.

III. On the Payment of the Commission and the Queue of Works

Payment is accepted through Ko-fi or PayPal invoices, only in USD. If you are from Argentina and you want to pay in local currency, alternative payment methods may be available. You will not issue any payments to me until after the commission request has been received and I have contacted you back with the preliminary sketch, as well as the corresponding PayPal invoice. As soon as I receive the payment, I will message you again to notify you. Your commission will be placed at the top of the waitlist in the queue (link to Trello)! Once your commission is at the top of the queue, I will message you again to notify you, and work on the piece will begin immediately!

IV. On the Progress of the Commission, its Updates, and Revisions

Work on the piece may take between 2-3 weeks. If there are any extraordinary delays while I am working on your commission, I will notify you as soon as possible and keep you up to date with the status of your piece. If you need this commission on a tighter deadline than the estimated 2-3 weeks, the commission may be subject to an additional rush fee, equal to 5% of the original price. This is still subject to availability of my time at the moment. Approximately once a week, I will get back to you with a partial progress of the commission artwork. This is the perfect moment for corrections and feedback. However, any major changes* after confirming the preliminary sketch will be charged extra.*read "major changes" as modifications to the character pose, canvas composition, or any details that were previously agreed upon in the preliminary sketch. When the commission is finished and you confirm that no further revisions are necessary, I will send you an e-mail with the corresponding Google Drive link for you to download the finished piece.

V. On Artwork Rights, Conditions and Terms of Use

Both the finished piece and all corrections and/or partial updates of the commission, as well as any cropped versions of these items (i.e. the artwork) are subject to these terms of service. I retain all rights to the artwork, and reserve the rights to share the piece in my portfolio and social media in any shape (process videos, works-in-progress, finished piece). Neither you nor anyone else is allowed to edit the artwork (including any watermarks or artist signatures present in the piece), but you may crop the finished piece for use in headers and icons. Neither you nor anyone else will use the artwork in any AI or NFT related activities, included (but not limited to) using the artwork as source material or training data for AI image generators or similar technologies. You can use the finished piece for any non-commercial purposes as long as you credit me by name (link to my profile isn't necessary, but much appreciated). Neither you nor anyone else is allowed to claim the artwork as their own or use it commercially. No commercial rights are granted unless otherwise discussed. If you would like to use my artwork for your business or commercial purposes, please contact me.
